Pearls of Wisdom Teaching provides a comprehensive range of tutorials to help you or your children understand the Quran, and many other aspects of Islamic life. From learning the fundamentals of Salah (prayer), to learning to recite the Quran, you will find a welcoming, approachable, and informative Quran tutor, enabling a fast and enjoyable learning experience. All your sessions will take place online, via Zoom, in very small classes or even on a one-to-one basis.

Quranic teaching for women and children
It’s never too early, or too late, to begin learning about the Quran. I teach boys and girls from the age of five to sixteen, and also cater to adult female students wishing to learn or refresh their Quranic knowledge.
Lessons in English or Potwari
I am fluent in both these languages, and am able to conduct your lesson in whichever of these you prefer. Lessons are just £12 per hour, and £6 for half an hour. Book yours online here today. For group sessions, these are £3.50 per hour.
Quran Teaching
Learn the Quran by recitation with an enthusiastic online Quran teacher. This courses starts in December.
Qaida*
Learn the Quranic alphabet using passages from the Quran. This is slightly different in tone to Modern Standard Arabic. Qaida can be taught as a group, or via a one-to-one lesson.
Wudu Courses*
Learning the purification and cleansing rituals are vital for anyone practising Islam.
Salah Courses*
As the First Pillar of Islam, learning the times and posture of prayer, and all the necessary rules concerning Salah.
Kalima Memorisation*
These are six phrases taken from the Hadith, and are usually memorised in grade three.
Makharij al Haroof*
The correct articulation of Arabic letters is very important to creating an authentic Quranic recitation.
Qul
These are four small Surahs of the Quran, each beginning with the word Qul (say). As they are very short and easy to memorise, and usually learned in school, this is something expected of any aspiring Islamic scholar.
*These courses start in late September to October: Wudu, salah, kalima, makharij al haroof, qaida. These course will run as workshops and on a one-to-one basis.
